1. What are the opening dates for Santa’s Grotto at Ayr Central?

Santa’s Grotto at Ayr Central will open on Saturday 14th December 2025, Sunday 15th December 2025, Saturday 21st December 2025 and Sunday 22nd December 2025.

2. What are the opening times?

Santa’s Grotto will operate from 10am – 4pm on Saturday 14th December 2025 and Saturday 21st December 2025, and 12noon – 4pm on Sunday 15th December 2025 and Sunday 22nd December 2025. Please check the booking calendar for specific time slots and availability.

3. Do I need to book tickets in advance?

Yes, you need to book tickets in advance to secure your preferred time slot.

4. How much does it cost to visit Santa’s Grotto?

Ticket prices are £10 per child. Each child’s ticket includes a visit with Santa and a special gift. Adult entry is free.

5. How long is the visit with Santa?

The visit with Santa typically lasts around 5 minutes. This allows Santa to greet every child and give them a memorable experience. Please ensure you arrive on time so that the visit runs smoothly for all guests

6. Is photography allowed?

Yes, you are welcome to take personal photos during your visit to the Grotto.

7. What gift will my child receive?

Each child will receive a small, age-appropriate gift from Santa as part of the Grotto experience. Gifts are selected based on availability and cannot be exchanged or substituted.

8. How many adults can accompany each child?

A visit to Santa is on every child’s wish list, and we want them to experience this moment with the special adults in their life. There is no limit on the number of adults accompanying a child.

9. Is the Grotto accessible for wheelchair users?

Yes, Santa’s Grotto at Ayr Central is fully accessible for wheelchair users and visitors with limited mobility. If you require any special assistance, please let us know at the time of booking so that we can accommodate your needs.

10. Can I change or cancel my booking?

Bookings are non-refundable, but we will do our best to accommodate changes if notified at least 48 hours before your scheduled visit. Changes are subject to availability.

11. Can I bring a pram or pushchair?

Yes, prams and pushchairs are welcome, but we recommend leaving them outside the Grotto or in designated areas to ensure that the experience inside is spacious and comfortable for everyone.
