1. Booking and Ticketing

· Advance Booking: All visitors must book tickets in advance. Walk-ins will only be admitted if space and time permit.

· Ticket: One ticket priced at £10 allows one child visit. Additional children must also have a ticket pre-booked.

· Refunds & Cancellations: Tickets are non-refundable.

 

2. Children and Guardianship

· Adult Supervision: All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult (18 years or older) throughout the visit.

· Child Safety: Parents/guardians are responsible for their children's behaviour and safety throughout the visit.

 

3. Photography and Media

· Personal Photography: Visitors are allowed to take personal photographs unless otherwise indicated.

 

4. Santa Experience

· Santa Meeting Duration: Your time slot will allow you into the queue to see Santa. There may be other children booked within each 15-minute slot, the timings simply allow us to manage the queue. Please arrive on time to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

· Gift Policy: Each child will receive a small gift from Santa. The exact nature of the gift cannot be guaranteed and may vary depending on availability.

 

5. Liability

· Event Changes: Santa’s Grotto reserves the right to change or cancel aspects of the experience without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to technical issues or safety concerns.
